Coach Burch is a highly experienced instructor and coordinator with a passion for developing athletes. His diverse athletic background, coupled with years of coaching experience, gives him a unique perspective on sportsmanship, dedication, and peak performance.

Coaching Experience: 

• Coaching sports since the age of 19, and coaching travel baseball since 2012.

• Working with M360 since 2022 and a part of their coaching staff since 2023.

• Co-founded Top Gun Catching with Coach Nuke in 2024.

• Launching Diamond Backstop Academy with Champion Craft Coaching in 2026.

Collegiate Athlete:

• Played D1 ACHA Hockey as a goaltender at Robert Morris College (now Roosevelt University) in Chicago.

• Inducted into the Robert Morris/Roosevelt University Athletic Hall of Fame.

Pre-Collegiate Sports:

• • Played junior hockey in WI, IL, AZ, and NV.

  • 4-sport high school athlete at Driscoll Catholic and Addison Trail HS. (Hockey, Baseball, Football, Golf)
