Coach Burch is a highly experienced instructor and coordinator with a passion for developing athletes. His diverse athletic background, coupled with years of coaching experience, gives him a unique perspective on sportsmanship, dedication, and peak performance.
Coaching Experience:
Coaching sports since the age of 19, and coaching travel baseball since 2012.
Working with M360 since 2022 and a part of their coaching staff since 2023.
Co-founded Top Gun Catching with Coach Nuke in 2024.
Launching Diamond Backstop Academy with Champion Craft Coaching in 2026.
Collegiate Athlete:
Played D1 ACHA Hockey as a goaltender at Robert Morris College (now Roosevelt University) in Chicago.
Inducted into the Robert Morris/Roosevelt University Athletic Hall of Fame.
Pre-Collegiate Sports:
Played junior hockey in WI, IL, AZ, and NV.
4-sport high school athlete at Driscoll Catholic and Addison Trail HS. (Hockey, Baseball, Football, Golf)

A 2017 graduate of Batavia High School, where his passion for baseball took root and flourished. He continued his playing career at Ripon College, gaining valuable collegiate experience. After his playing days, Tyler transitioned into coaching, beginning as a JV coach at Glenbard West High School. He is currently the 17U coach with Kane County Elite and remains dedicated to developing young athletes. Tyler shares his love for the game by offering individual and group instruction in hitting, pitching, and catching to players of all ages
